Information from the organisers:-
“The 2019 Resolution IT Guernsey Rally is just days away, starting with the night stages on Friday 22nd February and the day stages on Saturday 23rd February. There are some great areas that have been chosen for spectator viewing which will be published next week so please look out for further details on your Douzaine website, in the Guernsey Press, Facebook and the Guernsey Rally website.
This year’s rally is bigger and better than last year’s, with more opportunities for some thrilling and exciting driving by the competitors. We have 31 rally cars taking part, some local competitors and others coming from Jersey. There are over 32 rally stage miles in tight and twisty locations across the island. The Service Area for all the cars and their teams is at Les Beaucamps High School which is a prime place for the public to view the rally cars during Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd February.
With the continued support from our sponsors to help fund the Rally, this is a great opportunity to promote our beautiful island of Guernsey which is now recognised in the motor sport world.
We hope you can come along to one of the spectator areas and take in the excitement and atmosphere and please let us know any feedback, this helps us get it right!”
